*Sectoral Demands -Wave 2 (Remuneration, Job Security and Continuing Education)
That Association Council recommend that the General Assembly adopt the second wave consultation demands for the sectoral table for the 2020 negotiations which were adopted at the Regroupement Cegep of January 16 and 17, 2020, on job insecurity, continuing education and remuneration.

**Employer’s Demands / Central and Sectoral Tables
That Association Council recommend that the General Assembly reject the ministerial proposals for the central and sectoral tables for the 2020 negotiations which were presented at the Regroupement Cegep of January 16 and 17, 2020.
