That Association Council recommends that the G.A. mandate the VCTA delegates to the FNEEQ Regroupement Cégep to propose to the Regroupement that planning for a strike include responses to the following preoccupations: picketting in the context of sanitary restrictions, the effectiveness of work-stoppage given the flexibility of distance-learning course delivery, and the coordination of not making up strike days among FNEEQ unions.
